Don't worry about contributing something that someone else has already commented on - the more voices there are the better.
If you want your contribution to be attributed to you, simply include your name at the end. If you wish to remain anonymous, that's fine too; though if you are concerned about that then I'd suggest also using a public computer and trying to obfuscate your writing style.
Also, please be as specific as possible. Unverifiable rumours don't help.
